Tasting notes: A full bodied blend, with longer development and roast time compared to our other roasting profiles, but not to be confused with a "dark roast". It has an evident thick mouthfeel, with notes of cocoa, walnut, prune throughout the flavour profile. It has a low acidity and bitter sweet finish. Ideal for milk based coffees.
